EWING Patti Bennett, Sheila Deutsch, Linda Ewing and Liz Marquess have joined RE/MAX Realty Group as residential real estate associates. All are licensed Florida real estate agents and members of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Inc.

Paseo has named Marcia Erpenbeck its top sales associate with five contracts in May. Ms. Erpenbeck, a native of Charlotte, N.C., has 19 years of sales experience. Prior to joining the sales team at Paseo, Erpenbeck served Stock Development as a sales consultant for the Master's Reserve neighborhood at Lely Resort and at Grandézza in Estero.

Harvey Allen and Associates had the top producers for VIP Realty Group Inc. for the month of May. They are a dedicated team of multi-skilled professionals serving all aspects of the industry. The top sales agent for the month of May is Gordon Corey. In 2005 he was awarded the coveted position of Rookie of the Year for the entire VIP Group, including Naples, Sanibel, Bonita and Fort Myers. Stephen Petty was named top listing agent for VIP Realty Group.

MARQUESS Stephen McBane of Pfeifer Realty Group recently received his Graduate Realtor Institute designation after completing a series of intensive professional development courses that educate realtors on local, state and national real estate practices and standards. The GRI is a program of the National Association of Realtors and administered through state Realtor associations. With 15 years experience in managing commercial property in the Tampa Bay area, Mr. McBane, a resident and visitor of Sanibel Island for nearly 40 years, began his full-time career in real estate in 2006. In 2007, he was named Real Estate Rookie of the Year for Sanibel and Captiva Islands by VIP Realty.

Jean Sweet has been named broker of record for the Toll Brothers' Florida West Division. Ms. Sweet joined Toll Brothers in November 2007 as a sales manager in the sales and information center at Belle Lago, a Toll Brothers community of single-family estate homes and villas in Estero. She currently works at Firano at Naples, a community of single-family homes in Naples. Since joining Toll Brothers, she has frequently been recognized as sales manager of the month for her outstanding performance.
