WALLACE Bank of Florida Corp., a $1.6 billionasset multi-bank holding company based in Naples, has named
Janice A. Wallace client support department manager to oversee the company's call center and consumer electronic banking department. Ms. Wallace has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry, previously serving as senior vice president of deposit operations for Riverside Bank and electronic banking specialist for Southwest Capital Bank. Ms.Wallace is based out of the company's operations center located in Fort Myers and manages the client support department that receives inbound customer calls from the company's three bank affiliates.
