Woodyard & Associates and its agents named 2008 'Power Brokers'

Woodyard & Associates LLC was named one of the top commercial leasing firms in Southwest Florida by CoStar Group Inc. and Real Estate Forum magazine. Four Woodyard & Associates brokers also were recognized as the top commercial real estate agents in the area. This is the third consecutive year that Woodyard & Associates' agents have been honored with this award.

In its fourth year in Southwest Florida, the annual CoStar Power Brokers Awards recognize top commercial real estate companies and individual brokers for volume property sales and leasing transactions throughout the year.

Todd Holman and John Kremski were recognized as top industrial leasing brokers and Steve Wood was recognized as a top retail leasing broker. Robyn Wright, who passed away earlier this year, was recognized again as a top office leasing broker in 2008. Her son, Alex Wright, accepted the award in her memory.
