Kari Kardio has moved

Kari Kardio has a new location inside World Gym, located at 10970 S. Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers.

The new location provides clients with showers, day care and more space that will accommodate diversified classes appealing to all fitness levels. The workout schedule includes more than 25 exercise classes a week ranging from Body Flex, step, yoga, kickboxing, Pilates and spinning to personal training sessions. Kari Kardio memberships can be monthly or pay as you go.
