Teen camp offers fun for area youth

Parents, what are your teenagers doing this summer? Teens who are too young to work, but too old for a babysitter should try Teen Camp in North Fort Myers. All programs and activities are geared for teens, offering fun in a safe environment.

The North Fort Myers Teen Camp is open to ages 12-16 and runs June 22 through Aug. 14. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; scheduled programs take place between 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. The North Fort Myers Teen Camp is located at the NFM Community Park, 2021 N. Tamiami Trail.

The registration fee is $60 per week, including lunch. Registration can be completed by phone (533-7440), in person or on the Web site www.leeparks.org. Register on the Web site and receive 10 percent off the registration fee.
