'Raw Impulse' dance event debuts at Colours arts school
"Raw Impulse," a unique dance concert, premieres Friday, June 12, at Lehigh Acres Senior High School's Colours School of the Arts. The show is being presented in cooperation with artists Christopher Caldwell and Bianca Russell. Tickets will be $10 at the door and there will be a $3 discount for students with ID. The show begins at 6 p.m.
Conceptualized by Mr. Caldwell and Ms. Russell, in collaboration with Colours, this concert will be an unforgettable experience.
"Consider this performance our blooming morning that is soon to be in full flower because of friends like you," said Mr. Caldwell.
The showcase will serve as a benefit for the two students who have been active Colours members for almost five years. Not only have they been students, but they have also served as apprentice instructors.
Colours is seeking sponsors for the show. To learn more about sponsorships, contact Sharon Hill, executive director, at 839-1773. Your tax-deductible gift will help support the education of these two young people who have emerged as two of Southwest Florida's best young artists (both have been Young Artists Awards and Angel of the Arts recipients).
