Hispanic Chamber gears up for 17th annual gala, scholarships

The Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will hold its 17th annual Gala and Scholarships Presentation on Friday, June 5, at Harborside Event Center from 6:30pm until midnight.

The keynote speaker will be State Sen. Dave Aronberg. Making special remarks will be Fort Myers City Manager William Mitchell. Dignitaries and business leaders from the community have also been invited.

Thanks to local universities and business leaders, the Hispanic Chamber will be presenting scholarships to approximately 22 students from Southwest Florida.

The chamber will also be celebrating its 20th anniversary that night, Hollywood style, with dancing to the music of DJ Tony. Tickets for the gala are $65 for general seating and $100 for VIP seating.
