Property Managment

J Brooks & Associates Inc. has been awarded the property management contract for Miramar Arms Condominium Association. Miramar Arms is a 30-door association located in Cape Coral. Jerry Brooks is a licensed CAM and will be responsible for property maintenance and upkeep, as well as all financial reporting and accounting for the association.
