BARRETT Newt Barrett, noted Internet content marketing authority, has joined NOISE as digital marketing officer in a strategic partnership. The partnership is designed to expand and enhance the services provided by Forward/Slash, NOISE's growing Web brand development and Web experience division. Mr. Barrett will team with NOISE strategic, creative, social media and traditional media staff in servicing clients throughout the United States.
