DAUGHERTY VIP Realty Group Inc. announced the top sales producers for the month of April. Zach Fischer has been named top producer. Mr. Fischer has been awarded the "Top Guns" award which recognizes him as one of the most influential agents in Southwest Florida. He has also been named to the President's Club several times. Dennis Brando has been named listing leader. Mr. Brando has more than 20 years of successful senior marketing and merchandising experience with such companies as Liberty House, J.C. Penney and Target. Jolene Dunbar has been named top sales leader. Ms. Dunbar is a retired dental hygienist and has been with VIP for 10 years.

Tom Daugherty has opened a new commercial real estate firm, Daugherty & Associates. The firm's offices are located at 5252 Summerlin Commons Way, Fort Myers. Daugherty & Associates offers advice and execution for property sales and leasing; facilities and project management; appraisal and valuation; development services; and research and consulting.

CHANDO Joanne Chando, 2009 Women's Council of Realtors Fort Myers Chapter president, is a recipient of the Florida Association of Realtors Honor Society four-year pin in recognition and appreciation of her service and contribution to the state Realtor association. Mrs. Chando is the broker/owner of Avalar Gulf Coast Properties and was the council chapter's 2007 Businesswoman of the Year. The Council is a network of successful Realtors empowering women to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

Todd Guttery, a Realtor with Realty World Roberts Associates Inc., has earned a Certified Distressed Property Expert designation. He recently completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales.
