SCALA Dr. Louis J. Scala of Cardiac Care Group LLC, has successfully completed the requirements to maintain board certification in internal medicine/ cardiovascular disease from the American Board of Internal Medicine.

ABIM works to enhance the quality of health care by certifying internists and subspecialists who demonstrate the knowledge, skills and attitudes essential for excellent patient care. Physicians must periodically complete requirements to maintain their certification, including passing and examination and completing a self-assessment of knowledge and practice.
