KELLY Carlos A. Kelly, a stockholder at the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., wrote an article titled "Eminent Domain: Identifying Issues in Damages for the General Practitioner," which The Florida Bar Journal published in its May 2009 issue. In addition, the presidentelect of The Florida Bar re-appointed Mr. Kelly to The Florida Bar's Eminent Domain Committee. This will be Mr. Kelly's third year of service on the Committee.

Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. announced that Michael J. Corso, Thomas H. Gunderson and Denis H. Noah, all stockholders in the firm's Fort Myers office, were named to Florida Trend Magazine's sixth annual Florida Legal Elite 2009, a special report that recognizes and honors prominent Florida lawyers. Florida Legal Elite attorneys are selected by votes received by peer members of The Florida Bar. The final list is then reviewed by a panel of Florida attorneys representing different practice areas and cities across the state.
