HSA Engineers & Scientists announced that Victor J. Gagnon and Tasleem Akhtar have obtained certification as Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspectors. Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspectors are trained on proper installation, inspection and maintenance of best management practices for use during and after construction to minimize erosion and sedimentation and to properly manage runoff for both stormwater quantity and quality.
