According to Connie Troop, branch manager of the Bonita Springs office, The Women's Council of Realtors is a nationwide community of 16,000 real estate professionals. The organization has a network of more than 300 local and state chapters.

VIP Realty Group Inc. of Sanibel recently announced the top sales producers for the month of March. Marlene Donaldson has been recognized as the top sales agent for VIP Realty Group for March. The Karen Bell Team was recognized as the top sales team, Jayne Lumley was named the top listing agent and the Mike McMurray and Trevor Nette Team were recognized as the top listings team. The top-producing agents for the month were the husband and wife team of Bob and Vivienne Radigan.

This specialized certification provides its graduates with the training, expertise and systems to professionally assist homeowners avoid foreclosure. CDPEs work closely with homeowners and their lenders to create a short sale that allows sales of their homes at current market value, even though that will be less than what is owed on the loan. Since short sales are less costly for the banks than foreclosures, more and more lenders are willing to work with CDPE professionals to allow short sales.
