Stock Development sells 100 homes in first quarter 2009
Stock Development sold 100 new homes at its communities of Lely Resort, Paseo in Fort Myers and Vivante in Punta Gorda during the first quarter. Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development, said the company's sales volume totaled $35.5 million, boosted by a surge in March sales totaling more than $20 million.
