Peter Zopel purchased a 1,290-squarefoot office warehouse building from Bayview Loan Servicing LLC for $80,000. The property is located at 1009 N.E. 8th St., Cape Coral. Frank Szelest, CCIM, RE/MAX Realty Group, was the procuring agent for both parties.

. Woodyard & Associates LLC announced the following transactions:

LaserShip Inc. leased 6,325 square feet of office/warehouse space located at 6420 Metro Plantation Road, Fort Myers, from Jack and Virginia Shea. Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates LLC represented the lessor and Ron Kerr of JMK Realty Services Inc. represented the lessee.

Brian Edwards, Esq. leased 1,055 square feet of office space located at 2133 Winkler Ave., Suite 301, Fort Myers from Donato Pisani. Steve Wood of Woodyard & Associates, LLC represented the lessor and Theresa Blauch-Mitchell of Boback Commercial Group represented the lessee.

MECCA/Industrial Distribution Resources LLC sub-leased office space for 14 months from LarsonAllen LLP, located at 6609 Willow Park Dr, Unit 102, Naples. Tom Woodyard of Woodyard & Associates LLC represented the sub-lessor and Ed Boeder of Prudential Florida Realty represented the sub-lessee.

B & J Insurance Inc. renewed its lease for office space for one year from Pinebrook Pine LLC, located at 12995 S. Cleveland Ave., PBS 32, Fort Myers. Steve Wood of Woodyard & Associates LLC negotiated the transaction.

Omar Costa, d/b/a Coastland Mortgage Company, renewed its lease for office space for one year from Pinebrook Pine LLC, located at 12995 S. Cleveland Ave., PBS 53, Fort Myers. Steve Wood of Woodyard & Associates LLC negotiated the transaction.

Deborah Keleman, d/b/a The Labyrinth, renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet of office space for three years from Pinebrook Pine LLC, located at 12995 S. Cleveland Ave, Suite 108, Fort Myers. Steve Wood and Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates LLC negotiated the transaction.

Douglas Realty Inc. renewed its lease for office space for one year from Lee Boulevard Central LLC, located at 3507 Lee Blvd., Suite 203A-B, Lehigh Acres. Steve Wood of Woodyard & Associates LLC negotiated the transaction.

. VIP Commercial announced the following transactions:

Cermak's Surf Club LLC purchased a 1,835-square-foot building at 1167 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, from J. Harold Chastain as trustee of the JHC for $1 million. Mike Doyle, CCIM, and Paul Sands of VIP Commercial represented the buyer and Chuck Smith of Grubb & Ellis — 1st Commercial represented the seller.

Elegant @ Home Inc. of Southwest Florida signed a long-term lease for 3,000 square feet of retail space at 16257 S. Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers, from Mr. and Mrs. Allen Francis. Paul Sands of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction.

New Horizon Communications Group signed a long-term lease for 2,366 square feet of office space at 6216 Whiskey Creek Drive, Suite B, in the Oak Hammock Business Park, from Stevens Development LLC. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction.
