Grosse Pointe Development is accepting applications for commercial leasing opportunities at The Resort at MarinaVillage in Cape Coral.

The Shops at MarinaVillage include a two-story commercial center with 45,000 square feet of retail and office space and parking garage all arranged alongside the 175-slip marina overlooking the Caloosahatchee River.

Current planned tenants include Esterra Spa and the Silver King Market & Deli. Marker 92 Waterfront Bistro & Bar and the Nauti Mermaid Dockside Bar & Grill will be located in the resort.

"The two-story promenade is perfect for a variety businesses. The street level spaces are reserved for retail shops such as boutiques, a news café, and an art gallery; the second level is being reserved for premium offices space such as a yacht brokerage, insurance company and other specialty enterprises," said Bob Hensley, CEO of Gross Pointe Development.
