Embassy Suites Fort Myers-Estero wins award

The Embassy Suites Fort Myers-Estero hotel has won the Connie Award. It is the first time the hotel has been honored with this distinction.

The Connie Award, named in honor of company founder Conrad Hilton, is awarded based on the top Total Quality Scores category derived from a property's year-to-date, overall service and accommodation scores from Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking reports, plus a 12-month average on Quality Assurance scores. The hotel will be honored with a trophy for display in the hotel and a luncheon hosted by the Embassy Suites brand team.
