Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center releases summer show list

The Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center, 2301 First St. in downtown Fort Myers, has announced its 2009 summer schedule.

More Crinoline Productions and the center are pleased to offer free theater during Art Walk, which takes place on the first Friday of every month and features downtown galleries, live music, restaurants, and more.

All of the shows will begin at 7 p.m. and last 20 to 30 minutes.

Donations will be accepted to cover production costs and the restoration of the historic Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center.

Following are the oneact shows and their production dates:

May 1 - "This Property is Condemned"

June 5 - "Sure Thing"

July 3 - "Variations on the Death of Trotsky"

August 7 - (adaptation of Chekhov's) "Swan Song"
