Series is headlined by the 2006 Tony Award winner "Jersey Boys," which will run for limited engagement, Feb. 17-March 7.

The musical is the story of how four blue-collar kids - Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi - became The Four Seasons, one of the greatest pop music bands in history. The show features the band's hit songs "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Rag Doll," "Oh What a Night" and "Can't Take My Eyes Off You."

The 2009-10 series also includes:

• "Grease," featuring American Idol winner Taylor Hicks, Nov. 3-8

• "Spring Awakening," a winner of eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Jan. 21-31

• "Cirque Dreams Illumination," a production by Neil Goldberg and Cirque Productions, March 16-21

• "Beauty and the Beast," the Disney classic April 13-18.

"Spring Awakening" has emerged as the most talked about new musical on Broadway. Based on the infamous 1891 Frank Wedekind play, it is set against the backdrop of a repressive and provincial late 19th century Germany and tells the timeless story of teenage selfdiscovery and budding sexuality.

Ablaze with lights and activities, objects and shapes transform into windows and stairways that lead beyond imagination. City dwellers collect objects that are balanced beyond belief, linemen delicately walk wires, daredevils leap tall buildings and flyers redefine the risks of flight. Everyday occurrences are transformed into astounding feats performed by an international cast of acrobatic urbanites, flexible fanatics, world-class athletes, musicians and more.

Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature film, "Beauty and the Beast" is filled with unforgettable characters, lavish sets and costumes, and dazzling production numbers including "Be Our Guest" and the beloved title song.

Subscriptions for the 2009-2010 Broadway Series; which range in price from $120 to $386, are available at the box office or by calling 481-4849. Group sales are available by calling 489-3033 ext. 3122.
