. Stevens Construction Inc. has completed the construction of Elmquist Eye Group's Cape Coral office. Located at 2336 Surfside Blvd., the facility features four exam rooms, two offices and an optical retail area. This is the third location for Dr. Trevor Elmquist's Eye Group. Lizette Martin of Stevens Construction was the project administrator, Joe Beach was superintendent, and Troy Hernly was the project manager. The architect was Peter Shawinsky of Sheeley Architects. Karen L. Benson Associates provided the interior design.
