North Star Yacht Club offering $100,000 off published prices

North Star Yacht Club has announced that until April 15, it is reducing home prices by $100,000. Homebuyers can choose to reduce the price of their residence or use the reduction to purchase a cabana, lease a boat slip, reduce homeowner fees, or decorate their new home.
