New models open at Rapallo at Coconut Point

The Andora I is a ground-floor, endunit with 1,706 square feet of air-conditioned space and 2,218 square feet overall. The new Tellaro I model has a courtyard-entry, three bedrooms and two baths. It's on the ground floor and features 1,606 air-conditioned square feet and 2,078 total square feet.

Each model has a garage, 130 mph hurricane-impact windows and sliders, fire sprinklers, large gourmet kitchens and formal dining and buyers choice of tile, carpet and appliances.

All the Enclave homes are waterfront and include full membership in the award-winning, resort-lifestyle Club at Rapallo.
