Hidden Harbor announces sales team

Hidden Harbor Preserve announced the addition of Green Earth Realty & Consulting LLC as the central-sales team for the new gated harbor-front community being developed in South Fort Myers.

"Green Earth Realty & Consulting is a fantastic addition for our new community's sales and marketing capabilities," said Marc Beshears, vice president of Hidden Harbor Preserve. "The company represents an exceptional quality of personnel and depth of experience in working with both local realtors and builders to the benefit of our future customers."

Tony and Annette Richardson, owners of Green Earth Realty & Consulting, have extensive experience working with new developments having been instrumental in introducing three new gated lifestyle communities in Naples, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers over the last 13 years.

Hidden Harbor encompasses just over 54 acres of land which will accommodate 72 custom homes with 53 custom estates overlooking an 18-acre, 40-foot deep salt water harbor connected to the Ten Mile canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Custom home construction within the unique harbor-front community will fall to a select group of preferred builders chosen by the management team of Hidden Harbor. For more information, visit www.HiddenHarborLiving.com or call 277-1738.
