Paul Homes announces plans for new model

Construction on this three-bedroom, 2 ½-bath home is expected to begin in May, with completion slated for October.

"We plan to open a new sales center in the model in time for the 2010 season, " Mr. Paul said.

The Majestic will be located on Cape Coral Parkway, one of the city's most traveled roadways.
