LUBNER Dan Lubner, president of Robb &

Stucky Resort Division, was a recent speaker at an international gathering of nearly 400 fractional ownership developers in San Francisco, Calif. Mr. Lubner spoke at the ninth annual Fractional Interest Conference, hosted by Dr. Richard Ragatz of Ragatz Associates and held at the Fairmont Hotel. Robb & Stucky served as one of the corporate sponsors of the event. The conference is recognized internationally as the foremost event focusing on the shared-ownership/use industry and covered such topics as successful resort development, financing, and sales and marketing strategies in a down economy. The gathering attracted nearly 400 fractional industry professionals from 33 states and 15 countries.
