Cortland Realty Partners IV, LLC recently purchased the Vogue Apartments, an 84-unit lender-owned apartment complex located in Fort Myers, from Wells Fargo Bank C/O Sovereign Bank. Colliers Arnold agents John W. Stone, CCIM, and Jason Stanton, CCIM, in Clearwater, along with Jim Garinger, CCIM, and Andrew Falde, CCIM, from the Fort Myers office, facilitated the marketing and disposition of the property. During the marketing period, the property was less than 40 percent occupied and in need of significant renovations. Colliers Arnold successfully negotiated the transaction, which closed on March 3 for $1.5 million, representing $17,857 per unit.

Quick Fuel Fleet Services leased 2,520 square feet from Roger Burks at 3056 Palm Ave., Fort Myers, for administrative offices. Dan Miller of the Miller Alliance at REMAX Realty Group negotiated the transaction.

Taco Ardente leased a 1,701-squarefoot, free-standing restaurant building at 3852 Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers, from Tom Peppers. Dan Miller of the Miller Alliance at REMAX Realty Group negotiated the transaction.

H & R Block leased a free-standing 3,150-square-foot office building at 3401 Hancock Bridge Parkway, from Debra Neel. Dan Miller of the Miller Alliance at REMAX Realty Group negotiated the transaction.

Action Properties of Lee County, Inc. purchased a 5,000-square-foot industrial building at 6340 Arc Way, Fort Myers, from US Bank for $375,000. Dan Miller of the Miller Alliance at REMAX Realty Group negotiated the transaction.

Ronald D. Luke purchased a 15,000-square-foot commercial lot at 3730 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, from Prime Gulf Properties for $127,500. Gidget Jackson, RE/MAX Downtown, represented the seller and Hal Arkin of the Frye Commercial Group at RE/ MAX Realty Group represented the buyer.

Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, based in Cleveland, Ohio, has signed a long-term lease for 11,803 square feet in the Forum Office Park at 9160 Forum Corporate Parkway, Fort Myers, from Songy Partners. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial represented tenant. Robert Brooks and John Howard of Songy Partners represented the Landlord.

J.R. & Associates Insurance Agency leased 886 square feet of office space at 3403 Hancock Bridge Parkway from Alpha Communication Publication, Inc. Tiffany Martin of The Sands Commercial Group ~ VIP Commercial negotiated the lease.

Roofing by HomePlus leased 330 square feet of office space in the Lags Mini Mall at 4720 SE 15th Ave. in Cape Coral from Lags Mini Mall, LLC. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin, of The Sands Commercial Group ~ VIP Commercial negotiated the lease.

Prestige Health Choice renewed the lease for 700 square feet of office space at 1342 Colonial Blvd, Unit C-22 from Ronald and Rochelle Simon. Tiffany Martin of The Sands Commercial Group ~ VIP Commercial negotiated the lease.
