Citrus Creek is a neighborhood of 30 lakefront villas built exclusively by Wyman Stokes Builder at Verandah, Bonita Bay Group's 1,456-acre master-planned community along the Orange River in Fort Myers. Bonita Bay Group is a 25-year-old familyowned and -operated company with a reputation for creating exceptional lifestyles and amenities in Southwest Florida.
The Hamlin, one of three floor plans available in Citrus Creek, offers 2,061 square feet of living space, and 3,261 total square feet, including a front portico, two-car garage and covered back verandah.
Finishes include stone-like porcelain tile floors, multi-step tray ceilings with crown molding in the master bedroom and great room, and electrical outlets within the great room floor. Sliding glass doors in the great room and adjoining dining area open to the covered verandah, which has a built-in fireplace and overlooks the pool and raised spa.
COURTESY PHOTO Verandah's River House, designed in concert with the architect's Southern traditional vernacular, was created as one of four individual buildings in the River Village instead of a traditional large clubhouse, allowing the trees to be preserved in place. The kitchen has a raised breakfast bar, antique white cabinetry with a walnut glaze, peacock green granite countertops, a pantry and center island for additional workspace and storage. Stainless steel Whirlpool appliances include a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer and a microwave above a four-burner gas stove and oven.
The master suite has his-and-her walk-in closets, private access to the verandah, and a bath with his-andher sinks, a water closet, and a tileclad shower with a decorative mosaic tile listello of tumbled travertine and iridescent amber glass.
The model's two guest rooms are found in a private wing near the foyer and share a bathroom offering cabinetry with a glazed finish and a combination tub and shower.
The Hamlin also has a full laundry room with a sink, washer and dryer.
It is priced at $461,250, with an optional $55,000 furniture package available.
Verandah offers estate, custom and traditional single-family homes, villas and coach homes with home and homesite packages priced from the low $200,000s to more than $1 million. For a limited time, Bonita Bay Group is underwriting a limited number of buyer incentives that include club memberships along with HOA master association fees through 2010 for contracts signed by April 30.
