SKIPPER Rhonda Skipper has been named the new group and association sales manager for The Crowne Plaza Hotel at Bell Tower. Ms. Skipper is a 20-year veteran in the travel and hospitality industry in Southwest Florida. In her new position, she will be responsible for group sales, including regional corporate, government and associations. She earned her Certified Hospitality Sales Professional designation in 2004 through the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute. She is the past president of the Southwest Chapter of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International.

N.T.L. Catering, a mobile catering service, celebrated its grand opening with ambassadors of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce. N.T.L. Catering serves freshly cooked favorites from its modern, mobile kitchen throughout Southwest Florida.

The Survey Café opened at 10530 Wilson St., behind Benson's Grocery, in downtown Bonita Springs. The new business is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
