'Church Basement Ladies' held over through May 24

Due to sold out performances and overwhelming customer demand, The Off Broadway Palm Theatre has extended the musical comedy "Church Basement Ladies" a second time. The show is playing through May 24.

"Church Basement Ladies" is a musical comedy that celebrates church basement kitchens everywhere and the wonderful women who work there. The music is toe-tapping, the humor is delicious and the cast includes several funny, down-to-earth characters: Kay Francis as Vivian, Beth Brandel as Mavis, Keara Trummel as Karin, Jessica Taige as Signe and Mikey Wiseman as Pastor Gunderson.

The Off Broadway Palm Theatre is a 90-seat general admission theater located in the main lobby of Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre.

Performances are Tuesday through Sunday evenings with selected matinees. Ticket prices range from $23 to $45 with group discounts available for parties of 20 or more. For tickets, call 278-4422, visit www.BroadwayPalm. com or stop by the box office at 1380 Colonial Blvd. in Fort Myers.
