    Stock Development has released two new buildings of flats and townhomes and a section of casitas at Paseo, the 2008 Community of the Year. Tim Clark, vice president of sales for Paseo, said 17 flats and townhomes and four casitas are now for sale. Construction of the units will begin upon county approval of the building permits. Fort Myers development up 139 % over 2007

    Home and homesite sales in Verandah in 2008 outpaced projections and exceeded the prior year's sales by 139 percent, said Gary Dumas, vice president for Bonita Bay Group, which is developing the 1,456-acre masterplanned community along a 1.75-mile stretch of the Orange River in Fort Myers.
