Black and White Ball to benefit Harry Chapin Food Bank
Tickets are now available for the Black and White Masked Ball on March 7. The ball, promoted by Hearts of Miromar, will be held at the Miromar Lakes Beach Club, beginning with a champagne reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner. The event will benefit The Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida. The public is invited to participate in the worthwhile gala.
Black tie and masks are optional for the gala event, which will feature dancing to the sounds of "The Music Makers," a 21-piece orchestra, hors d'oeuvres, wine at each table, and a choice of two entrees. The cost is $125 per person.

The Harry Chapin Food Bank solicits, collects and stores quality food for distribution to needy people through a network of nearly 150 local nonprofit agencies in Lee, Collier, Hendry, Charlotte and Glades counties. About 96 percent of every dollar received goes to their feeding program with less than 4 percent to management and fund raising. For every dollar donated, $5 in food value goes back to the community.
