Stock Development has released two new buildings of flats and townhomes and a section of casitas at Paseo, the 2008 Community of the Year.

Tim Clark, vice president of sales for Paseo, said 17 flats and townhomes and four casitas are now for sale. Construction of the units will begin upon county approval of the building permits.

"Strong sales of 130 homes over the past 14 months has nearly eliminated our existing inventory here at Paseo," Mr. Clark said. "Most of the townhomes provide beautiful water views across two of Paseo's beautiful lakes."

Fifteen different floor plans are available among the 21 new homes being released.

"There is something for almost any lifestyle," Mr. Clark said. "More than 1,000 people have visited the community during the Parade of Homes the past three weekends. Homebuyers have seen for themselves why Paseo won the 2008 Community of the Year from the Building Industry Association for the second year in a row, as well as 21 Pinnacle Awards for product design, Clubhouse of the Year and Developer of the Year honors."
