TechXPO III showcases local technology

The third annual TechXPO, short for technology exposition, will be held March 12 from 3:30-7:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Fort Myers-Estero, 10450 Corkscrew Commons Drive in Estero.

The only one of its kind in Southwest Florida, TechXPO was created by the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce to showcase innovative technology companies in Southwest Florida. The event will feature 30 local businesses from a wide range of industries and is expected to draw a crowd of 300 people.

"There's great enthusiasm for an event like TechXPO, simply because there's nothing else like it, and more businesses than you think have amazing technology to offer," says Wendi Fowler, president of The Client Server Inc. and a presenting sponsor of the event.

The event features a Free Technology Preview time from 3:30 to 5 p.m. when attendance is free to anyone interested in viewing the show. After 5 p.m., the formal exhibition hours begin and all visitors will be charged at the chamber's standard Business After Hours rates.

To register online to attend the formal exhibition hours, visit www.bonitaspringschamber. com. This event is open to anyone interested in learning more about the area's local technology companies.
