Southwest Capital Bank has opened its newest permanent banking facility at 5551 Sunset Lane, St. James City. The bank has been operating from a temporary location since October 2007 while awaiting the construction of the permanent facility.

The new bank will offer full-service banking with safe deposit boxes, two drive-up lanes, a 24 hour ATM and a night depository for after-hours banking. Although the building is new, customers will be greeted by the same staff led by Elsie Stearns, assistant vice president and branch manager. A grand opening celebration is planned for later this month.

"While our bank building is new, Southwest Capital Bank's philosophy of community and relationship banking remains the same," said Bruce Schultz , Souhtwest Capital's president and CEO. "We are committed to providing customers with unparalleled personal service, local decision making flexibility and proven financial strength."
