Beatles tribute band at Broadway Palm
"Yesterday - A Tribute to The Beatles" plays the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre on Monday, March 9. This internationally acclaimed group will take you on a musical journey to an era of peace, love and innocence.
The four artists have been performing as The Beatles since 1986 and are considered to be one of the best Beatles tribute shows in the world. They'll perform music from the Beatles early years through the Sgt. Pepper era.

A recipe for family fun: Big Fish Fest on tap March 4-5
What do you get when you mix a dancing "Daizy," "The Walking Taco," and the music of "The Sweet Sax Man," then stir in a sea of colorful art and craft tents? You have The Big Fish Fest.
On March 4 and 5, Big Fish Fest is hosting a two-day fundraiser on the grounds of the Alliance for the Arts.
The lovely grassy area will be transformed to showcase 100 local artisans and their creative wares, area growers, a stage with continuous live entertainment, delicious food booths, hands-on kids' crafts and other Fort Myers nonprofit organizations.
Visit the hospitality tent with your donation of three non-perishable food items and receive a free raffle ticket. The two raffle tents will have more than $1,000 of unique, donated items from artisans and area businesses.
The Alliance for the Arts is located at 10019 McGregor Blvd. Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday.

Doc Ford's hosts "Dead Silence" book signing
Doc Ford enthusiasts will be happy to hear that New York Times best-selling author, Randy Wayne White, will be signing copies of "Dead Silence," his latest novel in the series, on Sunday, March 8, and Monday, March 9, at Doc Ford's Bar & Grill at the corner of Rabbit and San-Cap roads on Sanibel.. The author and local favorite is scheduled for two appearances each day from noon to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The event will take place in the Dinkins Bay bungalow just off the porch and patio of Doc Ford's Bar & Grill. Devoted fans of the author and his colorful characters are certain to be there anxiously awaiting Randy's arrival while sampling the tantalizing food on the Doc Ford's menu.
"Dead Silence" is the 16th in the series and could possibly be the most chilling.
