Construction moving forward at Hidden Harbor project

COURTESY PHOTO Construction is under way at Hidden Harbor COURTESY PHOTO Construction is under way at Hidden Harbor Construction of Southwest Florida's newest waterfront community is progressing with underground utilities, paved roadways and native landscaping now installed. In addition, construction of a monument and gatehouse is complete.

The community will feature 72 estate homes with convenient access to the Gulf of Mexico by way of the Ten Mile Canal and Estero Bay. The custom homes will be constructed by a select group of preferred builders including Granite Development, Michelangelo Homes and Robert D'Angelo Custom Homes.

Hidden Harbor is located midway between Fort Myers and Naples, with convenient access to Southwest Florida's finest beaches on Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach.

The essence of Hidden Harbor's unique, serene lifestyle centers on the opportunity to commune with nature from the backyard of your harborfront custom home. Access the Gulf of Mexico by way of the pristine Mullock Creek, enjoy kayak and canoe excursions launched from your personal boat dock, traverse nature paths within the community, or relax with your thoughts and observe nature upclose from the aquatic and wildfowl observatories. And best of all, the private harbor is a sport fisherman's paradise and a haven for manatees with the unique distinction as a manatee nursery. Residents will experience firsthand the gentle nurturing and growth of newborn manatees in the quiet and pristine setting of Hidden Harbor.
