The showcase offered the community the opportunity to tour more than 60 fully furnished model homes behind the gates of four master-planned communities.

The showcase featured homes in Mediterra in North Naples, Verandah in Fort Myers, TwinEagles in Naples and Sandoval in Cape Coral.

"The number of visitors during the Showcase of Homes is a clear indicator that there is an extreme interest in the exceptional lifestyles that Bonita Bay Group has to offer," said Kelli Eastman, Bonita Bay Group's director of sales. "The unprecedented offers from our premier builders along with exceptional developer incentives definitely assisted in creating interest in our communities."

Showcase of Homes participants are eligible for a 10 percent reduction on the price of select model homes and 5 percent on the price of a future home by participating builders if a homesite is purchased during February (contract signed by March 1). Developer-paid incentives on club memberships benefits and community association fees are available for contracts signed by April 30.

Bonita Bay Group is currently developing six master-planned communities — Bonita Bay, Shadow Wood Preserve, Mediterra, TwinEagles, Verandah and Sandoval — along with 14 golf courses and two marinas. Additional information about the company is available at www.BonitaBayGroup.com.
