Evening of fun, food, mystery

Cypress Lake High School's theater department is offering an inexpensive way to have an unforgettable evening. From Feb. 19-21, see an interactive play, and be served a four-course meal for only $20. The play is called "Murder in Paradise" and it will begin each night at 7 p.m. Tickets for the play can be purchased at the school.

The play is interactive, and half a dozen audience members can participate. Every character is a suspect in the murder of a millionaire master hunter and the audience is an accomplice. It becomes the job of the detective on the secluded island, where the play takes place, to check out the motives of his family members with the audiences' help. Audience members will be given the chance to role play between scenes as they investigate the murder. They are given background information on their characters and it's up to them how far they take it.
