Umpire training school in Southwest Florida

Strike Zone Umpire Training School, the only one of its kind on Florida's Gulf Coast, teaches the basics, including rules and regulations through advanced plate and field mechanics. The training school includes levels of competency: Little League, National Federation High School and NCAA Rules. Men and women 17 years old and up are accepted.

The school is now taking reservations for training classes in Southwest Florida beginning March 6. Class sizes are limited.

This is a low-cost alternative to MLB schools with affordable three-day classes in Southwest Florida.

The intense daily drills accelerate the learning experience and students umpire a real game during the training process.

Strike Zone also trains organization and conference umpires, assuring officials are well-versed in the rules and proper locations for two- and three-man field crews.

All instructors are seasoned veterans with more than 100 years cumulative experience on the high school, NCAA I, II, III and minor league levels.

While most of classes are in SW Florida, for a group of 15 or more, instructors will travel to another city.

Strike Zone offers a great way to recessionproof your income by adding a fun and exciting way to earn additional money. Enjoy some fun in the sun with this rewarding career.
