Harbour House announces sales team for new condo

Emerson, James Jamieson and Joe Jamieson will oversee sales of Harbour House at the Inn, a mixed-use resort condominium located adjacent to the Matanzas Inn on Fort Myers Beach.

The Deitriechs have years of real estate, investment planning, construction and remodeling experience. They are both licensed Realtors, luxury home specialists, and members of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Fort Myers Beach Association of Realtors.

A full-time real estate agent since 1999, Ms. Emerson has lived in Lee County for more than 20 years. She specializes in residential, investment, commercial and condo motel sales in the coastal communities of Southwest Florida. She is a member NAR, FAR and Fort Myers Association of Realtors.

Candace Emerson James Jamieson began his real estate career in 1994 with Century 21 AAIM in Fort Myers. Over the past 15 years, he has been recognized as an outstanding sales leader and achieved the Grand Centurion Level award, the highest award issued by Century 21. He joined Paradise Realty in 2005 and specializes in beachfront condominiums and condo hotels.

Joe Jamieson has more than 10 years of real estate experience. In his years with Century 21 Tri-Power on Fort Myers Beach, he was awarded numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year, Top Selling Agent, Top Listing Agent, Top Overall Production and various Centurion Levels. In 2003, he attained his broker's license and in two years later, opened Paradise Realty of Southwest Florida. He has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce of North Fort Myers since 2006.

The low-rise condominium includes two floors above ground-level parking and retail space. Units range from studios with 420 square feet to two-bedroom deluxe residences with 916 square feet.
