Pfeifer Eric Pfeifer, owner of Pfeifer Realty Group, has completed "At Home with Diversity," an educational opportunity designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. With a curriculum created specifically for real estate professionals, specially selected participants learned the tools to effectively service all cultural groups and to adapt to future market trends. A range of topics covered in the course included cultural forecast for America, globalization, the philosophy of inclusion and much more.
Grosse Pointe Development Company has added two new sales agents at The Residences at Bell Tower Park. Elise Thornley and Ralph Newman will sell new carriage and courtyard homes at the gated community located in South Fort Myers, on the east side of U.S. 41 about one mile south of Daniels Parkway. Ms. Thornley managed the homeowners association contracts and the overall permitting processes for Grosse Pointe Development's Orlando projects. Mr. Newman has been a Realtor in the area for five years, with focus on general residential real estate and developer onsite sales.
