Jeff Moniz has been promoted to director of business development for Gulfcoast Consulting Group, Inc., a design-build construction management firm. Before moving to the Fort Myers area in 2005, Mr. Moniz acted as the owner's representative for such clients as NBC Universal Studios, in Los Angeles, and was charged with the responsibility of managing many new construction and renovation projects for various high-end hotels, commercial properties as well as a number of colleges and universities in New England.

David L. Orr Jr. has joined Bonita Springs-based Heatherwood Construction as senior project manager/estimator. His responsibilities include overall project and onsite management, which include estimating, contracts, scheduling, purchasing and project close-out. A Florida native, Mr. Orr attended the University of Florida and graduated from the school of building construction. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and has eight years of construction experience.
