. The Boback Commercial Group with RE/MAX Edge's Commercial Division announced the following transactions:

Bonita Springs Preparatory and Fitness Academy, LLC leased a 16,000-square-foot built to suit, multi purpose facility for its second school location in Lee County, from Racetrack Development, LLC. The lease is for five years and represents phase one of a scheduled 32,000-squarefoot facility.

Jim Boback of The Boback Commercial Group with RE/MAX Edge's Commercial Division negotiated the transaction in conjunction with John Paulich IV of Capstone Real Estate and Development LLC.

The Government Services Administration leased 2827 square feet at 12499 Brantley Commons Court, Fort Myers, for professional government offices. The lease is for 10 years and the tenant will occupy the entire second floor of the premises.

Jim Boback and Gary Oplt of The Boback Commercial Group with RE/ MAX Edge's Commercial Division represented the landlord. Jarvis Development LLC and Mary Nix and Kelli Hite with Studley, Inc., MGW Realtors represented the tenant.

. Woodyard & Associates, LLC announced the following transactions:

Cougar Contracting Specialties, Inc. leased 1,140 square feet of office/warehouse space for one year from Sox Investments, Inc., 825 Cowboy Way, Unit 101, LaBelle. Tom Woodyard of Woodyard & Associates, LLC represented the lessor and Andrea Burson of Andrea Burson Realty, LLC represented the lessee.

Gulf Coast Services of Lee County, Inc. leased 5,290 square feet of office/warehouse space for five years from Corrion Enterprises, LLC, 11350 Metro Pkwy, Units 101-102 and 110, Fort Myers. Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates, LLC negotiated the transaction.

William Anderson, d/b/a Expo Marketing, Inc. renewed its lease for 1,575 square feet of warehouse space for one year from Corrion Enterprises, LLC, 11350 Metro Pkwy, Unit 116, Fort Myers. Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates, LLC negotiated the transaction.

Advanced Mentor Pro-Voice Studios, Inc. renewed its lease for performing arts space for three years from Pinebrook Pine, LLC, 12995 S. Cleveland Ave, Suite 257, Fort Myers. Steve Wood and Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates, LLC negotiated the transaction.

. CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples announced the following transaction:

DNR Realty LLC purchased a 7,150-square-foot building at 411 Tamiami Trail N., Naples from the George P. Atkinson Family Trust for $2.85 million. George Atkinson of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers- Naples, represented the seller and Andy Morrison of Thompson Realty represented the buyer.
