Barrier Island Title Services has moved to 1456 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, said company owner Janet McBee. The new offices are just down the street from their previous location at 2244 Periwinkle Way. Bennigan's returns to Bonita Springs under new ownership
The Lutgert Companies announced the grand reopening of Bennigan's Grill & Tavern at The Promenade at Bonita Bay, Bonita Springs. Under new ownership, the casual dining restaurant occupies about 7,000 square feet with seating for 200. Full Story
Colonial Bank opens North Fort Myers Office
Colonial Bank has opened its first North Fort Myers office, at the corner of North Cleveland Avenue and Pine Island Road. The full-service banking facility offers four drive-through lines and an ATM machine. The 3,500-square-foot facility was constructed by Owen-Ames-Kimball and designed by Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Inc. Colonial Bank now has 19 locations in Lee County. Full Story
