Developer opens new model center at Paseo

COURTESY PHOTO The resort-style pool at Paseo's Village Center. Stock Development is hosting a Grand Opening Weekend for the debut of its new furnished model center at Paseo, the 2008 Community of the Year.

Nine new furnished flats and townhome models and four new casita models are open, said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, vice president of sales and marketing for Stock Development,.

"The new Paseo model center is conveniently located adjacent to our on- site sales center immediately north of the sales center," said Ms. Léger- Wetzel. "Altogether we have 15 gorgeous furnished models across all of our residential offerings open for 2009."

The Grand Opening events kick off on Friday, Jan. 23, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the new model center with music and food. There will also be trolley service to the single-family home models and the Village Center amenities, where the pub will be open for guests.

On Saturday and Sunday, there will be music, food and arts and crafts exhibitions at the Village Center's resort-style pool from 1 to 5 p.m..

Prices at Paseo begin at $179,990.
