AMA Development has named Janice Hall and Cynthia Roberts to the sales team at Monaco (formerly The Villages at Old Cypress), a 128-acre community located off Imperial Parkway in Bonita Springs. The community, which is approved for up to 599 residences, currently offers twin villas and single-family homes in two-, three- and four-bedroom designs. Homes in Monaco are priced from the mid-$200s. Ms. Hall has been a sales professional specializing in new home sales since 1983. Ms. Roberts, a Florida licensed real estate salesperson since 1985, has held several positions in new home sales and marketing in Southwest Florida, including positions with US Home at Cedar Hammock Golf & Country Club in Naples, and Signature Properties in Naples. Roberts is originally from New Hampshire.

A Fort Myers native, Mr. Smith has a thorough knowledge of the Southwest Florida business community. He is an experienced commercial real estate agent having completed sales and leasing transactions in all facets of commercial real estate. Mr. Smith holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, which signifies expertise in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.

Ms. Coyle comes to John R. Wood as a Sotheby's International top producer for 2005, 2006 and 2007 as well as Prudential Connecticut's Leading Edge Society for 2002, 2003 and 2004. She is a member of Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors and the Midshore board in Connecticut.
