SMOAK
Kathleen Bowling has been named a residential loan officer at Southwest Capital Bank. She holds a mortgage broker's license and has 20 years experience in residential lending in Lee County. Ms. Bowling is a member of the Fort Myers Board of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors.

Mary Ann Smoak has joined Colonial Bank as branch manager and assistant vice president of the new North Fort Myers office. In this role, Ms. Smoak will manage business development initiatives and oversee day-to-day operations.

The North Fort Myers office, located on the corner of North Cleveland Avenue and Pine Island Road, is scheduled to open in January. Ms. Smoak has 25 years of banking experience, most recently as assistant branch manager for another local financial institution.

Nancy Bolt has joined MetLife Bank as a reverse mortgage consultant for the Southwestern Florida region. Ms. Bolt has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and reverse mortgages since 1994. Prior to joining

MetLife Bank, Ms. Bolt worked as a senior loan officer at Sun Mortgage of Southwest Florida, Inc.

John K. Wiest, chief financial officer for Lee Memorial Health System, has joined the board of directors of Bank of Florida - Southwest. Mr. Wiest has more than two decades of experience in finance, including six years as vice president of finance for NCH Healthcare System in Naples. He joined Lee Memorial Health System in 2000. Mr. Wiest chairs the Lee County Horizon Council, holds memberships in the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Collier.
