Community Foundation gives $20,000 in grants to local organizations

The Bonita Springs Community Foundation, a division of the Southwest Florida Community Foundation, recently distributed $20,000 in grants to seven local nonprofit organizations and schools. The Community Foundation received a total of 26 applications totaling $119,287 for this year's annual grant cycle. Full Story

Mastersingers hold auditions for 'Brahms Requiem'
The Fort Myers Symphonic Mastersingers will hold auditions on Sunday, Jan. 11 for singers interested in performing the "Brahms Requiem." Florida Repertory Theatre is partnering with Jason's Deli in Southwest Florida, and when Florida Rep's Lunchbox Theatre Series opens on Jan. 10, every parent and child will be eating a Jason's Deli boxed lunch.
