The Barbera also has a parlor, shown as an open study; a detached guest cabana with full bath; and a secondfloor guest suite with a full bath.

The home offers entry and interior courtyards and a covered loggia with a fireplace and summer kitchen overlooking the pool. The outdoor cooking center has a stainless steel Wolf grill, a sink and Sub- Zero refrigerator.

The master bedroom has an alcove sitting area overlooking the pool and lake. Its bathroom offers dual vanities, a separate tub and shower, a built-in window seat and water closet. The carpeted walk-in closet has windows for natural light.
